Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the 1376 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 1376 platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as a user and the management of the 1376 platform. Your continued use of this platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms.
The 1376 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. 1376 reserves the right to request age verification at any time and may suspend an account pending completion of that verification.
Account Creation & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 1376 platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. 1376 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of your identification card, bank statements, or other documents deemed necessary.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. All activity that occurs within your account is your responsibility, unless you can demonstrate that your account was accessed without your authorisation.
If you suspect your account has been compromised or that your password has been obtained by a third party, contact the 1376 support team immediately at [email protected] to secure your account.

- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian laws.
- Registering or using the platform on behalf of another person as an agent or intermediary.
- Distributing content that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
1376 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules. During the investigation, access to the account and funds may be temporarily restricted.
Payment & Transaction Information
Deposits & Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the 1376 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including Boost eWallet, DuitNow, and bank transfers through major Malaysian financial institutions.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to internal policies that may change from time to time. The latest information on these limits is displayed in the Deposit and Withdrawal section of your account after logging in.
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as your 1376 account. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal is approved, and 1376 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents if necessary.
Transaction Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details entered are accurate. 1376 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect payment information submitted by users. Any request to reverse an unauthorised transaction must be submitted to the support team within 24 hours of the transaction date.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Platform Liability Limits
The 1376 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, errors, or downtime. Under no circumstances shall 1376's liability to any user exceed the value of the valid account balance held at the time of the incident.
1376 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of opportunity, or consequential damages suffered by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform, including internet connectivity disruptions, device failures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Account Suspension and Closure
1376 reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons without prior notice: suspected fraud or misconduct, breach of terms of use, false registration information, or at the user's own request. Once an investigation is concluded, any valid balance in a closed account will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures, unless the closure was caused by proven fraudulent activity.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1376 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 1376 management or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, republish, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
